Omnium Properties is one of Latvia’s oldest family-owned real estate groups, with roots dating back to the 1880s. Omnium Properties develops and manages historical commercial and residential rental properties, as well as, two hotel properties. Omnium Properties specializes in office and retail rentals, as well as, quality rental apartments catering to foreign business executives, embassies, foreign graduate students and locals.

With 35 000 square meters (376,000 square feet) under management, current clients include the European Commission and Parliament, COBALT law offices,  The Goethe-Institut Riga,  Costa Coffe, Narvesen and numerous foreign embassies.
